Why is your warehouse located in Yashio, Saitama instead of Tokyo?
Saitama is the strategic "logistics gateway" to the Greater Tokyo Area. By locating our hub in Yashio, we provide the same next-day delivery speed to Tokyo customers as city-center warehouses, but at a significantly lower storage cost. We are situated near major expressways (Joban & Gaikan), allowing for rapid distribution across all of Japan.
What are your typical shipping times (Domestic & International)?
We use top-tier carriers to ensure speed and reliability for both local and global customers.

Domestic Shipping (within Japan)
Carriers: Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, Japan Post
Tokyo & Kanto Region: Next-day delivery.
Osaka, Nagoya (Kansai/Chubu): 1–2 days.
Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa: 1–2 days.

International Shipping (Cross-Border)

Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Japan Post (EMS)
East Asia (Korea, Taiwan, China, HK): 1–3 business days.
North America (USA, Canada): 1–3 business days.
Oceania (Australia, NZ): 1–3 business days.
Europe (UK, Germany, France): 1–3 business days.

Dispatch Speed & Cut-off Times
Same-Day Dispatch:
Orders placed by 14:00 (2:00 PM) Japan Standard Time are processed and dispatched on the same day.
After 14:00 JST: Orders received after the cut-off time are prioritized for dispatch the following business day.
Accuracy: We maintain a 99.9% on-time dispatch rate for all orders received before the deadline.
Can you help us with Japanese Customs and Import regulations?
Yes. Foreign brands cannot simply "send" goods to a warehouse; they need a local entity to accept them. WE Co., Ltd. (our operating company) works with partners to facilitate ACP (Attorney for Customs Procedure) and IOR (Importer of Record) services. We ensure your inventory clears customs smoothly and legally.
Do you handle Japanese labeling and kitting?
Absolutely. Japanese law often requires specific labeling (known as Hyouji) for cosmetics, food, and apparel. We can apply these labels, re-package goods, insert Japanese instruction manuals, and perform strict quality control checks (QC) to meet the high standards of Japanese consumers.
